The following is an agreement between WinningStatements.com and it's clients and members. Winning Statements will provide services to any client or member who has read and agreed to the Terms and conditions listed below.
Electronic Communications
When you send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically thus consenting to also receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by phone. You agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Price Change and Refund Policy
Prices are subject to change at any time. WinningStatements.com may, but is not obligated, to notify you of any price changes. You are responsible for checking any price updates on our web site. All fees charged are non-refundable.
Service Timing
The following service times apply to all accounts that are current. For development service, you will receive the rough draft 5 business days after your interview. You will receive the completed final draft 5 business days after you critique the first draft. For editing services, you will receive the critique and suggestions 3 business days after we receive your personal statement(s). For the editing and redevelopment service, you will receive your final draft 5 business days after we receive your personal statement. In the event that an additional interview is needed, the delivery time will be extended by 2 business days. Rush or expedited services are available. A business day is any day Monday through Friday that is not a United States Federal Holiday.
